A north Fulton heating and cooling company.

Blue Summit HVAC Finishes works on homes and businesses from an office on Abbotts Bridge Road in Johns Creek.

How we think about it

In Georgia, cooling is half about water.

An air conditioner here doesn't just cool the air; it wrings water out of it all summer. Most of the calls that start with "there's a stain on the ceiling" end with a drain that nobody had checked.

So we check. Every cooling visit includes the drain, the pan and the float switch — in a house or above an office ceiling. The rest of the job is the same everywhere: find the cause, explain it, fix it properly.
